Unissued MG34 Sling 1941An extremely nice early example of an MG34 sling marked dtv 41 with a waffen amt. In extremely good condition with only a few minor blemishes from age and storage. These have become quite rare, especially in this condition. The clip has a tree shaped maker mark, rather like the maker of the MG can sling clips and the clasp end that attaches to the grip attachment point is waffen amt stamped.

I bought this on sale for $69. I find this watch attractive. However In 2 months it lost 3 minutes, not a killer but in 2023 there is no need. My last watch cost $39 and had near perfect time over a year. Then died lol. The band is heavy and impressive but. It was larger than my wrist and needed a jeweler to remove a link. That can be typical for a metal band, I’m hairy and the hair gets caught and pinches. I’m thinking of a leather band. Ok all and all, looks like a more expensive watch. I’m not happy but I’ll keep it.
