The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. This blanket is soft and just the right size for my lash clients to cover themselves while getting services done. I will say a con is that the blanket sheds a little. It’s not enough to make me return it, I just vacuum the strands up. I really do like this blanket overall since it was affordable, warm and a good shade of pink.
