It also disperses heat very well. 2. The midsole is firm, but not overly hard. I find it well-balanced, as it has good shock absorption while still being soft enough to cushion the soles of my feet. 3. They're versatile. For me, especially the black ones with the dark gray sole, they work for casual wear, going to the gym, walking, and short, light runs. 4. I consider them very decent shoes for walking and short runs under 5k.

I really like these shoes. I’ve been able to wear them for about a week now and am really impressed with how they’re holding up. A lot of my shoes start to squeak in a similar amount of time and these still feel like they just came out of the box. I especially like the heal support, it feels like it’s really gripping the heal nicely My one complaint is that they seem physically larger than most size 11 shoes from Nike I buy. In spite of fitting the same inside, the actual shoe seems about an inch longer than my other Nike size 11s. It’s not a deal breaker and it doesn’t impact the comfort, it might even make them more comfortable, but they look a bit large on my foot. And if you have a narrow foot, you might be swimming in these.
