Roll Garter on CardVintage 1930s 1940s Hollywood roll garter on card. These could be used in place of a garter belt to hold up stockings. They are still stretchy. Marked medium size and made from cotton and rayon. Pale pink color. The card has some creasing and general wear.

Boat once again starts
Easy install once I figured out how to reach the starter. Worked first try and my boat is starting again. I think being a contortionist would help with the install since it is under the engine and boats typically only have access from the top. It probably took me an hour to get the old one off and about 30 min to install the new.
The symptom of the broken one was a click sound when trying to start the motor, but nothing turning over. Same sound with new. Battery or a jumper.
