Long time user of Astaxanthin so can’t say if this particular one made a difference but I can say it’s a good value compared to a majority of other brands considering you get 12mg; like most the capsules are easy to swallow. I feel like since this is Amazon’s own brand there’s less risk of receiving an imposter product as can be an issue with some brands. I suggest stocking up when there’s a promotion.
