I am not sure as I am not as familiar with the litany of political type items. This one was discovered "in the wild" so to speak, in a junk drawer of a house clean out in Germany. The leather is soft and flexible, but a bit tired in appearance. The RZM marked hardware is coated in even surface rust. The strap is marked RZM L2 338 37 and the clicks are marked
