The front bears the motto "Meine Ehre heit Treue", or "My Honor is Loyalty", while the reverse is marked "RZM 155 43 ", denoting 1943 production by Assmann & Shne of Ldenscheid, Germany. Provenance This belt buckle was acquired from a woman in Winter Springs, Florida whose grandfather, a U. S. Coast Guardsman, brought it home as a souvenir after the war. Condition
