The Helm MKII will be our first major revision of the Helm fork lineup and improves on its predecessor in nearly every way. The HELM MKII newly designed damper features a new compression and mid valve circuit for increased support and control while a new SKF oil seal head and 2. 5 weight damper oil reduce friction and provide a more supple ride feel.

I wouldn't gift these... they seem to start having grinding issues after a few days of use. It feels like the grinding piece is binding / going to break when turning the top. Would not purchase again, and look for more durable item.
