Pressstoff Medical Pouch (AS-IS)Original pressstoff large sized medical pouch. One of the belt loops has pulled through at the rivets and one leather side closures is ripped off and missing. There are no markings. Everything about it feels like typical late war construction. The remaining leather doesn't feel too fragile. I believe this particular type was produced for the Luftschutz.
