Ex active service belonged to a Detective Sergeant retired in the 1980s. Condition: These handcuffs have seen active duty, so scratched and surface worn. The key works well, one cuff hinge turns with considerable difficulty, probably a bit bent and rusty. Pouch with some wear and surface rust on the button.
