There is no movement of the project until the outer ring is loosened and the project is removed from the inner ring. This unique design keeps your project taut while you are working on it. We bought 2 of these because our suit rentals for our wedding didn’t come with full vests for the children (Men’s Wearhouse gives you bibs for kids), and we live in Texas, so we didn’t want the boys to have to wear a full jacket during the reception in the heat.
