Mount Lofty Ranges Vineyard 'Aspire' Pinot Noir 750mlHarvested from 810 from the top of the Pinot Noir block, clones Burg 80a, 0014 & 140a. Light garnet in colour, very aromatic with light berry flavours, a little sweetness mid palate with flavours of marzipan and Turkish delight. The use of 25% new French oak (10 months) perfectly balances the fruit and soft tannins. Harvested in late March and limited to less than 100 dozen.
