That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product: 1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately. It's not awful, but the texture might be off-putting for some, especially if you're new to fiber drinks. 2. Taste – I tried the orange flavor, which is decent and not too sweet, but there is still a slightly artificial aftertaste. Frequency – You have to take it consistently (1–3 times a day depending on your needs), so it does require sticking to a routine to get the full benefits. If you’re looking for something to help with regular digestion, mild appetite control, and general gut wellness, this is a solid choice. Plus, the large container lasts quite a while, so it’s a good value. I’d definitely recommend it—but be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with the texture.
