Very sturdy, no flex or sag when hanging midsize DT 900 Pro X. Applied well to my curved monitor back after prepping the surface with isopropyl alcohol. The 9 different mounting points give a lot of flexibility and conform to the monitor shape. The headband pad is very soft (silicone?) with gentle curve that should not leave sharp indentations in headband. I do wish the headband pad were a bit longer for hanging the headset cable when not in use.
