It works okay on kichen floors but for my rugs (which I want I wanted it for) does not work at all, I cant even move it and you have to scrub over the spots in your kitchen floors over and over again before the spots come out but I guess for wood floor is it's a good steamer but not what I was looking for : ( im returning it.
