Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump.
