I really liked this handheld frother, it was powerful with 2 speed and easy to charge. Sadly, after 5 months of use it completely stopped working. It took me a minute to find the direct contact to the seller. Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find the direct contact when you have issues and need to reach out to the seller. After digging through the site multiple times, I was finally able to reach out to them directly. After explaining my situation, they are going to replace my hand frother. The customer service rep was nice and understanding of my situation.

This will be the only frother I will buy for the rest of my life! It has amazing power, 2 speed settings, a double whisk, and a case to protect the whisk!!! I like the design in that it comes with a cover that shields the wand in my utensil drawer but its a bit bigger than expected. So its a plus that its sturdier but a minus that it takes up more space. The USB-C cable is USB to USB-C and not USB-C to USB-C so I had to go fishing for an old brick. Am hoping it doesn't need to charge often. The indicator shows its plugged in but not whether charged.
