Me llegó dañada hablé con el vendedor y quería que yo hablara directamente a EPSON para que usara mi garantía. La cual pienso yo que si se utiliza de esta manera pierdo yo en si en un futuro se me daña … en mi entendimiento quien tiene que hacerse cargo de todo es el vendedor a quien uno pide la compra….
