Sylvaner 2023Auch beim Silvaner 2023 bleibt sich Georg Lingenfelder treu Low Intervention von Anfang bis Ende. Die Trauben stammen von ber 30 Jahre alten Reben im Freinsheimer Musikantenbuckel, wurden von Hand gelesen, eingemaischt und fnf Tage auf der Maische belassen. Danach ins Fass aus Pflzer Eiche, wo der Wein volle 18 Monate reifen durfte ein Extra Winter, den Georg seinen Weinen seit 2023 gnnt. In der Nase zeigt sich der Silvaner spannend und komplex:

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
