AUSBAU: Die Trauben werden per Hand gelesen und selektiert. Nach der Grung in Edelstahltanks reift der Wein fr 6 Monate auf der Feinhefe. Teilweise wird der Wein in Barriques aus franzsischer Eiche ausgebaut.
