I was delighted with this bag! It’s my first time ordering Coach from Amazon. I saw it on sale and didn’t think twice. It came very well packaged, just like new. I attached the strap to wear it like shoulder strap and added a charm. 🍒✨ The problem?? It came without the Coach hangtag!! I was totally disappointed. I contacted Amazon of course, and they asked me to return the bag with no option to repurchase it at the same price I got it for. (These are not as adjustable, so if you have narrow or wide feet, these may not be for you) These a great value for the money, especially for medium width feet. The strap across the toe is not adjustable, but fit my feet just fine. The ankle strap was a good length for me. And the Velcro is strong. These sandals are a great value for the money.
