Seide ist sehr saugfhig und nimmt Wasser in Instrumenten besser auf als jedes andere natrliche Material, wie Baumwolle oder Gamsleder. Seide ist in einzigartiger Weise auch sehr komprimierbar, wodurch es mglich ist, den Wischer auch bei Instrumenten mit groen Unterschieden in der Bohrung durchzuziehen. Daher ist auch ein separater Wischer fr den S Bogen nicht
