Sauvignon „Schalenstein“ 2022Der Sauvignon Schalenstein von Luis Oberrauch ist ein echtes Unikum: Zum einen ist er der einzige Weiwein der Manufaktur und zum anderen findet man einen Sauvignon mit so viel Charakter schwer ein zweites Mal. Der spontanvergorene Wein wird zu 80% im groen und zu 20% im kleinen Eichenfass ausgebaut, bevor er das Glas mit krftigem Strohgelb fllt. An der Nase entfaltet er ein Bukett aus Sdfrucht, Stachelbeere, Holunderblte und etwas buttriger Vanille.
