Size up for sure!
Size: 9 Toddler, Color: Matt Black
Bought these as a gift for my niece who wears a size 8 in toddlers. There is a note to size up from the seller but you may need to size up 3x. Ordered a 9 in the cozy jelly sandals, one size up as suggested & they were way too small. So I tried them on my other niece who is wearing a size 6 in toddlers & the 9 fit her perfect. She loved them & walked comfortably, she didn’t stomp as she usually does if the shoes are too heave or firm. & they have a nice sweet smell. I like that the Velcro straps adjust to fit her snug enough to hold her skinny foot in place. Definitely like the look, feel & quality. The sizing is really difficult to get right, I imaging depending on the style this may also differ.
